Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m/4,428ft)
Representative from Malung Treks and Expedition will be at the airport with a co.'s placard to receive you from the airport and drive you to your booked hotel by private vehicle. B.B plan on hotel.
Day 02: Fly to Lukla, trek to Phakding (2,651m/8,700ft); 40 minutes flight, 3 - 4 hours trek
Day 03: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,438m/11,280 ft.); 5 - 6 hours
Day 04: Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,284ft)
Day 05: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,870m/12,694ft); 5- 6 hours
Day 06: Tengboche to Dingboche (4,360 m/14,300 ft.): 5 - 6 hours
Day 07: Acclimatization in Dingboche, hike to Nagerjun (5100 m/16700 ft.)

ItineraryDay One: : Kathmandu to Lukla (2840m 9372ft) flight and Trek to Phakding (2610m 8613 ft)
Trekking time: 3 to 4 hours, 8.5 km, 5 mile,
Flight time: 40 minutes
you will begin your experience by flying from Kathmandu to Lukla. Flying over the Himalayas gives you inspiring views. From Lukla you will start the trek along the Dudh Koshi (Milk River). Along both sides of the trail are rhododendron forests and the aroma of evergreen oaks. As you start to see snowy peaks, the trek gradually becomes more challenging.
Day Two: : Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3480m, 11484 ft),
Trekking time: 6 to 7 hours, 15 km,10 mile,
The start of the second day is easy but will grow to be harder. You will see your first view of Everest as you cross the Dudh Koshi. This way will lead you to a lunch break in Monjo. From there, the trail becomes steeper and higher in elevation towards Namche. Slow and steady is best! The end of day two will see you in Namche Bazaar. It is the main center of the Solu Khumbu region, providing you with shops, restaurants, hotels, and a bank and internet service. It is a fun place for both Sherpas and trekkers, to enjoy.
Day Three : Rest day Acclimatization at Namche Bazaar
You can use your time to relax and explore Namche Bazaar. It is known as the Sherpa “capital”. Here you can have salt-butter tea and tsampa! The cultural Saturday Market is worth a visit. There is also a national park visitors centre perched on the east side of town that contains a museum.
Day Four : Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3870m,12771ft),
Trekking time: 5 to 6 hours,13km, 8.2 mile,
After early breakfast trail lead from Namche bazar towards Tengboche the trial ascend to chyorkem danda and graduall get to view point little monastery at the ridge of Jorsalle high and slowly drop down through the pine tree to Dudkoshi river Phungitanga where you will cross suspension bridge trail will ascend to Tengboche Monastery for overnight stay.
Tengboche Monastery, the largest buddhist monastery of the Khumbu region. The monastery is a hamlet from where the sight of Mount Ama Dablam, Mount Everest and numerous other peaks are beautiful to look at. The Tengboche Monastery is also regarded as the spiritual hub of the Khumbu region and is surrounded by forests that are inhabited by Impend Pheasants and eagles.

Day Five : Tenboche to Dingboche (4400m,14520ft)
Trekking time: 5 to 6 hours, 13 km, 8.2 mile,
The trekking trail drop down through the rhododendron forest to Imja River we cross a suspension bride again and trail leads towards to the village of Dingboche. Via village of Pangboche after passing this little village Pangboche you will get to. Dingboche for overnight stay.
Dingboche is a village to junction of 3 different way from and too. From here one way goes to Island peak climbing via chhukung and other way goes to Khongmala pass and normal route goes to EBC vial Labuje. You will follow the Labuje route to EBC. You will spend here a pleasant night with good food on high.
Day Six : Dingboche to Labuje (4910m,12203),
Trekking time: 5 hours, 10 km, 6.5 mile,
After early breakfast trek will leads to Dingboche via Dugla from here we will ascend for an hour to reach memorial height of climbers. It is a rock-strewn oblique from where sight of magisterial mountains can be seen. The path is sleeper depend on season from the corner one way goes to Chola pass route if you take left. But we take right to EBC we follows the normal route and see views of mountain peaks like Khumbutse, the Mahalangur Himal, Lingtren and the Pumori from the moraine are amazing.
Day Seven : Lobuje to Gorakshep (5160m, 17028), day hike to EBC.(5364m 17701ft),
Trekking time: 5 to 6 hours, 15 km, 10 mile,
Early morning you will have your breakfast and hike to Gorakshep for overnight stay Gorakshep is your last destination for sleeping on high after reaching to lodge you will have lunch and drop your bag pack and go for hiking another 3hr. to EBC to see khumbu glacier and Everest summiteer camp site. You will take a slow walk. Avoid altitude sickness; you will walk along the side of the world’s highest glacier- the Khumbu Glacier, to the right. Walking for about 2-3 hours from Gorakshep, you will get to EBC from here, the path moves all the way to the top of the edge, finally arriving at the Everest Base Camp. Here, the sight of the Khumbu Icefall and the view of the Khumbutse and Lingtren mountains are quite heavenly. After spending some time at the base camp enjoying the sights and the environment, we shall return back to Gorakshep for overnight stay.
Day Eight : Gorakshep to Kalapatthar (5550m. 18315ft), and Pheriche (4210m, 13893ft),
Trekking time: 5 to 6 hours, for kala pathar, 4.85 km, 1.5 mile, gorashep to pheriche, 19 km, 12.5 mile,
An early morning ascend to Kalapatthar (5550m.) from Gorakshep is another highlight of the trip. Kalapatthar is a famous view point for providing panoramic views of Mount Everest, Nuptse, Chagatse, Lhotse and the Pumori among many other peaks. Hike to Kalapatthar is done early at dawn because the sight of the rising sun seen from the vantage point is absolutely amazing. The sun rises from amidst the Mount Everest Mountains and it changes the color of the mountains from silver to gold. After spending time at Kalapatthar, we will return to Gorakshep and walk down to Pheriche. For overnight stay.
Day Nine : Pheriche to Tengboche (3870m, 12771ft)
Trekking time: 5 to 6 hours, 10 km, 6 mile,
From Lobuje you will now be descending. It is a long but easy way down to Tengboche monastery for overnight stay.
Day Ten : Tengboche to Jorsalle (2740m,9042ft)
Trekking time: 6 to 7 hours, 17 km, 11 mile,
The direction on day eleven is back to Namche Bazaar. The trail follows down to the Dudh Kosi where there are a series of water-driven prayer wheels. The trek continues back to the Sagarmatha National Park through paths of Pine and Cedar woods and ends in the Jorsalle village for overnight stay.
Day Eleven : Jorsalle to Lukla (2840m, 9372ft)
Trekking time: 6 hours, 18 km, 12 mile,
Further along the same trail, you will walk back to Lukla. You can take the time to relax and enjoy the food, shops and restaurants. You will spend your last night at mountain with your all crews. You can organize memorable party for your team and say good bye until your next visit.
Day Twelve : Lukla to Kathmandu
Flight time: 40m.
The flight back to Kathmandu leaves before 10:00 am. It can be delay sometimes according to weather conditions. After arriving in Kathmandu your vehicle will be waiting to drive to your hotel and rest of time relax, enjoy city food and go for massage before bed time.
