    • Day One: Kathmandu flight to Lukla 2840m/9372ft. Trek to Phakding 2610m/8613f.

      Trekking time 4hrs.

      After early morning breakfast, you will take a 35 minutes scenic flight to Lukla (2,860 m) over sparse-dense forests and flowing rivers. From here, you will begin your trek up to Phakding (2610 m), a small village which serves as a stopping point for trekkers en route to Mount Everest. Overnight at Phakding.

    • Day Two: Phakding to Namche Bazaar 3437m/1134.21f.

      Trekking time 6 to 7hrs.

      he treks today consists of the mostly uphill climb to Namche. Connecting us from one mountain to the other, we walk across many suspension bridges over splashing rivers. The trail passes through diverse rhododendron forests and wild flora and faunas, making the climb worth every drop of sweat as we reach the famous, Namche Bazaar. 

    • Day Three: Rest day at Namche Bazaar 3437m/1134.21f.

      We recommend trekkers to take an acclimatization day for a comfortable and complication free journey, as you get a day off to just adapt to the environment. However, you should not stay idle. There are plenty of excursion and tourist attraction sights of which Syangboche village and a few monasteries are the key highlights. Take an entire day to bask in the feeling of living amongst the high mountains befriending locals along the way! Overnight in Namche.

    • Day Four: Namche to Khumjung and day hike to Hilary viewpoint 3860m/1273.8f.

      Trekking time: 6 to 7hrs.
      Trek to Khumjung village located inside Sagarmatha National Park, with a simultaneous day hike to Hilary Viewpoint considered to be the best place to view the majestic beauty of Everest. Khumbila peak follows us throughout our climb. After a refreshing trek to Khumjung, we move up towards a side trip to Hilary viewpoint and visit a Buddhism monastery that displays the Buddhist culture in depth. We also visit a few local schools and Khunde hospital in the region. Overnight stay at a lodge. 

    • Day Five: Khumjung to Tengboche 3880m/1280.4f.

      Trekking time: 6 to 7hrs.
      We embark upon the main highlight of our journey today, the highest peak of the trek, Tengboche. Walking mostly uphill to an even higher elevation, we reach Tengboche. On arrival to Tengboche, we witness a few teahouses and we then visit Tengboche Monastery. You will get to witness the mesmerizing sights of Mt. Ama Dablam and other mountain vistas from here.

    • Day Six: Tengboche to Benkar 2630m./867.9ft.

      Trekking time: 6 to 7hrs.
      After early morning breakfast, we walk past beautiful mane stupas and colorful praying flags as we arrive at Benkar. Benkar, a small village which lies along the trail of Everest Base Camp at 2,710m. Overnight at Benkar.

    • Day Seven: Benkar to Lukla 2640m/871.2f.

      Last day in the delightful Khumbu Region. The trail transverse downhill as we advance back to Lukla. Take a rest or stroll around the streets to witness the local culture and hospitality. Overnight stay at Lukla.

    • Day Eight: flight Lukla to Kathmandu 13oom/4290f.

      Flight time: 35m.
      We take the 35-minute picturesque flight back to Kathmandu. We appreciate the Himalayan extents from up the sky as we end our voyage. One of our delegates will escort you back to your inn after your landing in Kathmandu.

    A flight from Kathmandu to Lukla or vice versa can be canceled if bad weather persists as it is unpredictable in the Everest region especially during monsoon. In such case, you might have to wait for a day or two or you can charter a chopper for around $400 to $600 per person: the price is flexible though according to the situation and requirements and the chopper would operate with the enrolment of five passengers.


    Alternative:

    You can hire a jeep and drive to Jubing for about 11 to 12 hours, from Jubing you trek to Lukla. However you may have to extend your trekking days for 3 to 4 days following this option and,
    A walk from Lukla for a day to Jubing and drive back to Kathmandu if you are at the other end. 


    If you are interested to do things like Kathmandu heritage city tour, or paragliding, boating, rafting, Pokhara tour, Chitwan National Park Jungle safari, Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha.  We also offer cycling tour; we have many more places to make your trip memorable.     The following equipment lists are suggested and essential for both camping & teahouse treks in the Himalayas. Given this list as a guideline, most of the trekking equipment can be hired or bought in many adventure shops in Kathmandu as well. The majority of gear is locally manufactured (hence a lot cheaper) although it is becoming more common for gear to be imported from China and therefore of better quality.

    The following basic equipment list helps you with your packing. Please, remember that you should always try to keep the weight of your equipment to a minimum level. Before starting the trek your packed trek bag should weigh no more than 33 pounds or 15kg.
